Two-Color Satisfaction
I do say, I am satisfied with the prints I created this evening — quite satisfied. This was my first attempt at doing two colors. The one below has three colors, but I only used two screens — actually, I only have one screen, so I burned two images on to the same screen.
I also decorated my journal.
In case you’re interested, here is the original image. The bonsai pictured is doing much better now and has numerous green leaves.

These are great. I can’t believe your first attempts have been so nice! Those first prints of Magpie are so lovely, especially considering the complexity of the picture. I’m very excited to see how this endeavor progresses. What will you do for equipment when the class ends?

Looks great. You will be doing 3 color halftone fades in no time!

Thank you. I’m also surprised my first attempts have been so successful.
After class ends, in a short two weeks, I’m going to set up shop at home. I have a decent sized bedroom that I only use for sleeping, so I rarely use it. The equipment is minimal and inexpensive. I’m going to try to pay for everything by selling prints and t-shirts. Thats the plan anyway.
