I came across this photograph on my hard drive and thought, “Damn, that’s kind a cool. I dig it.” Then, I realized I took it. Cool. I like it when I like something I did.

That reminds me, I need to get up to Montréal soon to get my urban fix and further explore all those junk shops, vintage clothing boutiques, and army surplus stores I found the last time I was there. Anyone want to go?

I acquired another suitcase to add to my collection — I now have three. This is my favorite one so far: it’s brown and striped, two of my favorite things.

In case you’re curious, yes, I use them when I travel. The concierge at the hotel asked me what I used my “old school” suitcases for. He was surprised when I said I used them for clothes.

Ste. Laurent is my new favorite street in Montréal. China Town is on one end and the rest is lined with army surplus, junk, and vintage clothing shops for blocks. It’s heaven.

I acquired a new roommate at The Montréal Museum of Fine Arts’ gift shop. He doesn’t have a name — or genitals. He’s made up of 46 pieces and provides hours of anatomical entertainment. Hopefully my current roommates, Pinky and Skully, won’t be upset that there’s another male in the house.

If you find yourself at the museum, check out e-art : New Technologies and Contemporary Art and American Streamlined Design: The World of Tomorrow.

S.R. Wild and Special K in a photobooth

I can’t think of a better follow up to a weekend of cabaret than to go look at dead bodies.

Today, Special K and I went to Montréal to see Body Worlds 2. As expected, it was amazing. I’d say more but I’m tired and still trying to process it all. Besides, I wrote quite a bit about it already.

After the exhibit we had lunch at the usual Vietnamese restaurant (the exhibit made us very hungry for some reason), walked around, looked for a costume in a few sex shops, bought some erotic wood carvings at an Indonesian shop, and ended the day with the usual visit to the photobooth. Below are a few images from the day.
